For follow-ups that need in depth time to explore diet, exercise, emotional wellbeing, lab results, progress and more.

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee to reschedule if done 48 hrs prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment before 48 hrs prior to your appointment there is a $30 admin fee. To cancel or reschedule please notify with at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment between two and 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time is a 50% cancellation fee applied to your account. If you cancel or reschedule with less than two hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
