Service Description
Repeat prescription this option is for you. If your clinical question is complex you will be billed in 5 minute increments Allow 48 hrs during working hours for repeat prescriptions. You do not need to attend the clinic or be contacted by phone - unless your doctor needs a chat before prescribing.
Cancellation Policy
There is no fee to reschedule if done 48 hrs prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment before 48 hrs prior to your appointment there is a $60 admin fee. To cancel or reschedule please notify with at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
