Service Description

Your initial integrative medicine consultation involves: a previsit client questionnaire, consultation that includes further history and examination as needed, organisation of investigations and an preliminary plan. You will need to book a follow-up appointment to discuss your results and to receive your individualised holistic health plan. Further follow-up consults will support you to meet your health goals. A long initial consultation is ideal for anyone wanting a holistic approach to: Perimenopause or menopause (Lifestyle +/- hormone replacement therapy) Gut issues Chronic abdominal or pelvic pain Endometriosis Thyroid issues Heart disease Multiple health issues Chronic fatigue

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee to reschedule if done 48 hrs prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment before 48 hrs prior to your appointment there is a $30 admin fee. To cancel or reschedule please notify with at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment between two and 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time is a 50% cancellation fee applied to your account. If you cancel or reschedule with less than two hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
