Meet Dr Deborah Brunt 

Specialist GP | Women's Health & Menopause 

I’m a specialist General Practitioner, Menopause Specialist with interests in all things women's health from a lifecourse and whole health perspective. I am passionate about helping you develop health habits to improve your health and wellbeing. 


I’m a life-long curious learner with a passion for helping women maintain a healthy body, a joyful mind, meaningful relationships and a vibrant life. 

Ōtepoti has been my home since 2015. I enjoy running, camping, being outdoors, reading and writing. My happiest days are spending time with my whanau and friends and co-creating health and wellbeing with my clients. I’m so glad you’re here!

We investigate & support fertility treatment wherever you are on your fertility journey. We provide compassionate care for couples & women with all aspects of health, including diet, movement, stress management, weight and metabolic management and hormonal support.


We investigate + integratively manage conditions affecting menstrual health - including PCOS and endometriosis

We work with females to train + fuel their body in alignment with their menstrual cycle + take a holistic approach to RED-S


We have a passion for working with women during the preconception, pregnancy, and postnatal recovery to optimise BOTH maternal & infant health including integrative mental wellbeing, support for postnatal depression/anxiety and breastfeeding support.


The gastrointestinal tract is home to trillions of microbes. A healthy gut is central to prevention and reversal of many chronic diseases. We explore gut health with all our clients and work with those with IBS, IBD + more.  


Sexual health + intimacy plays an essential role in our capacity to connect & express ourselves as sexual beings. Integrative medicine can help with low pleasure, low sexual desire, painful sex, difficulty with orgasm and more. 


We work with clients with chronic illness, metabolic dysfunction & inflammation including: heart disease, fatty liver disease, PCOS, diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic kidney disease, fatigue, POTS, long covid, stress + more.

Lifestyle and Integrative Medicine takes a holistic whole-person
approach to health and wellbeing. 
It includes the wellbeing of the body, mind, emotions and relationships.

calming the nervous system,
